Betsoft

Betsoft Gaming is a Malta-headquartered games studio founded in 2006 and best known for the Slots3 line of cinematic 3D slots. It states a portfolio of more than 200 RNG games — slots, table games, video poker and specialty titles — distributed through partnerships with over 500 operators and platforms, alongside a casino management back office and the Drive gamification suite of in-game tools, Take the Prize and Tournament. Its games reach regulated European, Latin American and African markets through operator partners including bet365 Italy, Holland Casino and 888casino. Betsoft publishes no licence numbers on its own site; the regulator and testing marks it displays are Italy's ADM, Gaming Laboratories International and the Maltese test house Quinel.

Background

About Betsoft

Founding and Ownership

Betsoft Gaming states that it was founded in 2006 and that it has spent the two decades since building a portfolio of RNG casino content. The company is Maltese: its privacy page gives its company address as 2nd floor, Suite 7, Valletta Buildings, South Street, Valletta, and its site footer carries the copyright line of Betsoft Gaming LTD. Betsoft publishes nothing on its own site about a parent company or a group, and no register read names one, so this page records no owner above Betsoft Gaming LTD rather than guessing at one.

What It Supplies

Betsoft states a portfolio of more than 200 RNG games spanning slots, table games, video poker and specialty titles, distributed through partnerships with over 500 operators and platforms. The studio is best known for the Slots3 range of cinematic 3D slots; it also sells crash games, a set of fifteen lightweight Mini Games, table games, and a back office called Casino Manager. Its player-engagement tools are sold as the Drive suite, which Betsoft describes as a promotional toolbox of standalone and integrated applications across its games, and which includes Take the Prize and Tournament. Nothing on this page states a return-to-player figure: RTP in Betsoft's catalogue is set per game and per build, and any figure belongs on the page for the game it describes.

Where Its Games Appear

Betsoft's own releases place its content with operators in regulated European and Latin American markets. It went live with bet365 Italy in August 2025, bringing slots, table games, arcade titles and crash games to that operator, and it has announced launches with Holland Casino in the Netherlands and 888casino in Spain, together with Colombian, Peruvian, Mexican, Romanian, Latvian and Lithuanian operator signings.

Licensing and Certification

Betsoft does not publish licence numbers. Under the heading Licenses its site says only that the company is subject to transparent audits and holds independent certifications across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, and the marks it displays there are Italy's Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, Gaming Laboratories International and the Maltese test house Quinel — two of which are testing laboratories rather than regulators. The most detailed licence statement Betsoft has made publicly is a press release of June 2018, which said the company had been awarded a Class II licence by the Romanian National Gambling Office and that it was headquartered and licensed to operate in Malta with an additional licence in Curaçao. That statement is from 2018 and is recorded here as Betsoft's own claim at that date; it has not been confirmed on any regulator's register. Betsoft does not appear on the Gambling Commission's public register, so it holds no British remote gambling software licence.

FAQ

Betsoft FAQs

When Was Betsoft Founded?
2006. Betsoft's own About Us page states that the company was founded in 2006, and its FAQ page dates its work in RNG slot content from the same year.
How Many Games Does Betsoft Have?
More than 200, by its own count. Betsoft states a portfolio of more than 200 RNG games spanning slots, table games, video poker and specialty titles, distributed through partnerships with over 500 operators and platforms. Counts quoted in casino lobbies will differ, because an operator carries only the titles it has taken.
Where Is Betsoft Licensed?
Betsoft does not publish licence numbers, so this site does not record any. Its own site lists Italy's ADM alongside the testing houses Gaming Laboratories International and Quinel under the heading Licenses, and says only that the company holds independent certifications across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. The last time Betsoft stated its licences in detail was a June 2018 press release, which said the company was headquartered and licensed to operate in Malta, held an additional licence in Curaçao, and had been awarded a Class II licence by the Romanian National Gambling Office. That statement is eight years old and no regulator register read confirms its current position.
