What Rival Powered Publishes About Itself

Rival trades as Rival Powered and runs a small site at rivalpowered.com: a homepage of recent releases, a portfolio, a products and services page, and a page about its casino back office. The portfolio page says the company has been developing online casino games for over 20 years, which is the company's own account of itself and the only indication of its age the site gives. There is no about page, no legal entity, no registered address and no licence statement anywhere on it, and the only contact detail is an email address the site obscures.

What It Supplies

Rival sells a catalogue and a platform rather than games alone. Its products page says the portfolio covers slots, table games, video poker and its own Rival/Alive slots, delivered through a single lobby a client can take on the web, as a progressive web app, or into an existing gaming platform through Rival's API, and it offers to commission custom games exclusively for a client. The Casino Controller Back Office

Rival also sells operators the system behind the games, which it calls Casino Controller. It describes the product as giving real-time access to casino activity, with a player data-mining tool it calls Rival ClassAct that sorts players into categories, a mobile reporting tool it calls Rival In-Touch, transaction auditing, affiliate and call-centre management, and fraud-prevention software. Rival's description of it as the industry's benchmark is the company's claim about its own product.

Licensing

Searches of the Gambling Commission's business register return "No results for "rival gaming"", "No results for "rival powered"" and "No results for "rivalpowered.com"". Those are statements about the British register under those names and about no other jurisdiction. No Great Britain licence is given for Rival.

What Could Not Be Established

Rival names no owner, no corporate entity and no founding year on its own site, and publishes no total for its catalogue, so none of those is given. Nor does it say where its games may be played: a supplier's games say nothing about the conduct of any operator that carries them.
