Background

About Amusnet

What It Is

Amusnet is a Bulgarian casino games supplier that traded as EGT Interactive until March 2022. The company announced the change on 22 March 2022, writing that "Under the name Amusnet Interactive, we will continue to supply our emblematic EGT Interactive slots", and its own Milestones list records "Rebranding to Amusnet as part of the company's evolution" against 2022. Describing EGT Interactive in the present tense is therefore out of date.

When It Was Founded

Amusnet's Milestones list begins "2016 Company was founded (EGT Interactive)". That is the only founding date the business states about itself.

What It Makes

The company supplies online slots, a live casino product and, from February 2024, land-based slot cabinets. It describes its online portfolio as "over 300 captivating slots, engaging table games, and an immersive Live Casino studio" available on 2000+ operators' websites, and says it operates in 35+ markets.

Ownership

Amusnet names no parent company on its own site. Its Our Group section lists sixteen entities under the Sofia headquarters — Amusnet Malta, Amusnet Italy, Amusnet Georgia, Amusnet Spain, Amusnet Greece, Amusnet Netherlands/Belgium, Amusnet Romania, Amusnet Croatia, Amusnet Brazil, Amusnet Serbia, Amusnet Mexico, Amusnet Gibraltar, Amusnet Ukraine, Amusnet Bosnia and Amusnet Montenegro — and no company above them. The company's ownership is not publicly stated.

Licensing

A search of the Gambling Commission's business register for "amusnet" returns "No results for "amusnet"", and a search for "egt interactive" returns "No results for "egt interactive"". That is a statement about the British register under those two names and about nothing else. No Great Britain licence is given for this company. The licence Amusnet does publish is elsewhere: the footer of its own site states that "Amusnet (Gibraltar) Limited holds a Remote Gambling Licence RGL No. 162, issued by the HM Government of Gibraltar on 9th May 2025".

Return to Player

A return-to-player percentage is a property of an individual game and often of an individual build, not of a supplier. Amusnet's own wording is that its game configuration includes an "attractive RTP strategy"; it publishes no figure.
