Notice: This page serves as a personal opinion of Bet365 and is not a promotional review.
Bet365 has long been a favourite casino site of mine and today I’ll explain why that is. I would not call this a perfect gambling site by any means, but overall I do recommend this site to anyone in the market for a new online casino.
An extensive selection of games and a rock solid reputation make Bet365 a good bet.
- Mobile and tablet friendly
- Instant play and full download options
- Live dealer games
- Perfect reputation for safety
- 250+ games
- Live dealer games
- No maximum withdrawal
- No slots or blackjack tournaments
A huge selection of slot machines gives Bet365 a competitive edge over the competition. The Bet365.com casino has licenses to use some of the biggest entertainment and comic book names in the business. You’ll find slots that are themed after movies, comic book icons, and much more.
Bet365 Table Games
In their table games department, Bet365 has added a collection of live dealer games that help bring online casino play closer to the live casino experience. First, though, rest reassured that all the classic options are there too; you can play blackjack, baccarat, craps, roulette and several classic card games, including Caribbean Stud, Three Card Poker, and Casino Hold ’em.
The innovative part of the casino is the new selection of live dealer games on the site. These games allow you to play with real, live dealers that you can watch and interact with over a live video stream. These games use real cards, dice and wheels to determine the outcomes, and you can watch it all happen in real time.
At the moment, there are four different games available for live dealer play: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and Sic Bo. All of these games are available with either European or Asian dealers (with the exception of Sic Bo, which is only available with an Asian dealer), and each features authentic real casino action.
If you’ve found that most online casino games don’t quite feel like the real thing to you, we definitely recommend trying these live dealer games – they’re the closest you can get to actually driving to a casino and playing in person.
Bet365 Video Poker
Video poker isn’t a standout area for Bet365, but it’s also not a weakness. All of the classic video poker machines are available in the Bet365 casino, including Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild and Joker Poker. Other games include “Two Ways Royal,” Tens or Better, Aces and Faces, and MegaJacks, which includes a progressive jackpot. Some machines offer multi-hand play, and can be played for as many as 50 lines at a time.
Other Bet365 Games
I don’t normally spend a lot of time on the “other games” section in casino reviews because most casinos offer the same typical extras. This time is an exception because Bet365 Casino goes above and beyond what is usually offered under this category. Yes, there’s keno, as well as a few scratch games (including a few licensed scratch cards, like Iron Man 2 and Kong, both of which are surprisingly fun). But if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find a lot more.
Bet365 offers a number of “fixed odds” games in which you bet on a certain outcome to occur and receive a price associated with that outcome. For example, they have a simulated horse racing game called Derby Day in which you’re given betting odds for each horse. The casino runs a simulated race and you get paid if your horse gets the win.
You can play even simpler games that work the same way, too; both “Heads or Tails” and Rock, Paper, Scissors are offered with odds that only slightly favor the house. Other games include some high/low games (including one that has a progressive jackpot award), as well as bingo-based games and a fun Penalty Shootout game that awards you money every time you can slip a ball past the keeper.
While these games probably won’t hold your attention the way a good slot or live blackjack will, they’re a nice way to add variety to the gameplay. And since most of them are fun, they’re a welcome addition.
